A
reflection on
the Gospel for
The Twenty
Sixth Sunday in
Ordinary
Time
|
|
If as
ovserved last
week, in the
end God will
receive
everyone
equally, then
why bother
doing good
things now?
Would it not be
better to save
our repentance
for the end? It
is the same
thing that
children would
say if there
were no
consequences,
either good or
bad, for their
actions. If a
child disobeys
and his parents
dont do
or say
anything,
allowing him or
her to behave
at their own
whim, the child
will know he
can continue to
do whatever
they want. If
we did our jobs
poorly without
any
consequences
because the
supervisor is
afraid to call
it to our
attention, then
we would
continue to do
things poorly.
If a husband or
wife continues
to be
unfaithful or
hanging out
with friends
without any
concerns
regarding their
family, and is
always welcomed
back as if
nothing has
happened
without taking
any
responsibilities
for their
actions, they
would continue
behaving
irresponsibly.
What type of
personal
maturity is
there in these
acts and what
type of love
exist? There is
a big
difference
between the
mathematical
logic of pure
norm and the
logic of God.
In Gods
logic, it
doesnt
matter what we
do, just the
amount of love
we have and
give. On the
surface, it is
like the child
who assured his
father he would
respect his
wishes but
later did not
because it was
not in his
heart. That has
no merit before
Gods
eyes. A person
could also go
about lost in
this life but
suddendly sees
a ligh shining
over their
conduct and
decides to
repent and
returns.

Una
reflexión
sobre el
evangelio del
Vigesimo Sexto
Domingo en
Tiempo
Ordinario
|
|
.Si, como
veíamos
la semana
pasada, al fin
de cuentas Dios
va a recibir a
todos por
igual, ¿No
será
mejor
arrepentirse al
final? Es lo
mismo que
dirían
los
niños si
vieran que sus
acciones no
tienen
consecuencias,
ni para mal. Si
un niño
desobedece y
sus padres no
hacen ni dicen
nada y
continúan
plegándo
a sus
caprichos, el
niño
sabrá
que puede
seguir haciendo
lo que le venga
en gana. Si
nosotros mismos
hiciéramos
mal nuestro
trabajo diario
y no hubiera
consecuencias
porque el jefe
no se atreviera
a llamarnos la
atención,
seguiríamos
quizá
haciéndolo
mal. Si un
esposo o esposa
sigue una y
otra vez siendo
infiel o
andando por
ahí con
amigos y sin
preocuparse de
su familia, y
siempre se le
vuelve a
recibir como si
no hubiera
pasado nada,
sin hacerlo
responsable de
sus acciones,
seguirá
en su
irresponsabilidad.
¿Pero
qué
madurez
personal hay en
todo eso,
qué tipo
de amor? Existe
una gran
diferencia
entre esa
lógica
matemática
de pura norma y
la
lógica
del amor de
Dios. En la
lógica
de Dios no es
que no importe
lo que uno
haga, sino el
amor con que lo
haga. Se puede
estar
haciéndolo
todo bien en la
superficie-c- -
como el hijo
que
aseguró
que respetaba a
su papá
e iba a hacer
lo que el pedia
y luego no lo
hizo, porque no
lo tenía
en el
corazón.
Eso no tiene
ningún
mérito
delante de
Dios. O puede
que no ande
alocado y
perdido en la
vida, pero de
pronto tenga
una luz sobre
su propia
conducta y
decida
arrepentirse y
regresar.

The
Republicans and the Prostitutes will
preside in the Kingdom of
God
The
gospel for this Sunday the 26th in
Ordinary time refers to work is love
and not good reasons means that for
God what counts is availability and
willingness to work. A family man had two
sons, he said to the first one, go and
work my vine: the boy answered yes I will
go.. And he did not go..He told the second
son go work my vine..the boy said no, I do
not want to go, he reflexes and goes. This
means that many times , it not because of
bad intension that the person does not
want to work for the glory of God; but
because of ignorance, lack of motivation,
lack of interest..But when the person
understands, the person opens its
heart and mind to God and discovers that
following God and getting close to God, he
knows that there he will find success in
his life and that is the only way he will
feel that he has accomplish everything in
life, he gets close to God and never
leaves Him. Thats what happened to
Zacarias, he wanted to see God, but he
didnt want God to see him, and that
is why he climbed up a tree so he can see
when Jesus passed by there, at that moment
Jesus tells Zacarias, Zacarias get down
fast because I want to stay in your home,
Jesus looks for Zacarias, Zacarias opens
the door to his home and to his heart for
Jesus, Jesus enters and from that moment
on Zacarias does not leave ever from Jeus.
He has found what makes sense in life. And
promises to work hard and to make up for
what he has stolen.
Los
Publicanos y Las Protitutas os Predeceran
en el Reino de Dios
El
evangelio de éste domingo 26 del
tiempo ordinadio se refiere a que
obras son amores y no buenas
razones indica que para Dios lo que
cuenta es la disponibilidad de obrar y
poner manos a la obra. Nos dice: un padre
de familia tenia dos hijos. Dijo al
primero vé a trabajar a mi
viña: El muchacho contestó
si, ya voy..y total no fue..dijo al
segundo hijo ve a trabajar a mi
viña..el muchacho dijo no, no
quiero ir. Pero luego reflexiona y va..
Esto significa que cuchas veces, no es por
mala voluntad que la persona no se
interese por trabajar en el reino de Dios;
sucedió a Zaqueo, queria ver a
promete poner manos a la obra Voy a
restituir lo que he
robado..
What is a
Marriage?
Marriage,
as instituted by God, is a faithful,
exclusive, lifelong union of a man and a
woman joined in an intimate community of
life and love. They commit themselves
completely to each other and to the
wondrous responsibility of bringing
children into the world and caring for
them. The call of marriage is woven deeply
into the human spirit. Man and woman are
equal. However, as created, they are
different from but made for each other.
This complementarity draws them, together
in a mutually loving union that should be
always open to the procreation of
children. These truths about marriage are
present in the order of nature and can be
perceived by the light of human reason.
They have been confirmed by Divine
Revelation and in Sacred
Scripture.
¿Que es un
Matrimonio?
Escrituras.
